Vince - Can you please share your running wisdom, if you have a moment? I posted some questions about refueling during long runs. I need a runner of your great calibre to weigh in on the topic.

BTW, your run schedule is interesting. I may have to revamp my race schedule because I want to see the Great One in action (although, I'd probably lose site of you after the first 800 metres!!!).
I definitely can't make the Sandcastle City Classic because I'm already entered in the HSBC Childrun that day. The Childrun doesn't have official chip timing but it will have about 4,000 or 5,000 runners so it should be a lot of fun.
The Shaughnessy 8k and the Longest Day runs are definite possiblities (subject to wife's approval...I know...I know). For the Longest Day are you doing the 5 or the 10?
